Sano Takeo (1913 - 1995)
Master of fabric painting.
Graduated from Kyoto City School of Arts and Crafts, Department of Design in 1930. His work has been exhibited only in Japan. He received the Japan Academy of Arts Award in 1971, Order of the Rising Sun in 1981, Kyoto Prefectural Cultural Award, Kyoto City Cultural Merit Award.

Shikishi (色紙) literally - "colored paper".
