Shiko Munakata (1903-1975) was a famous Japanese artist. For many years, Yaskawa Electric Co. commissioned illustrations from him for the calendar they sent to their customers. It was a stunning series of works.
After the artist's passing, the Shiko Munakata Memorial Museum, given Shiko's incredible popularity, decided to publish his work in a limited edition.
